广州春节旅游调查:98.9%游客满意   原标题:98.9%游客满意广州旅游   对广州美食最感兴趣 广州塔成最重要地标   文 广州日报记者李大林 通讯员穗旅宣   猴年春节广州市辖区内各大景点人头涌涌,一片火热景象。广州市旅游部门假日期间在市内主要景区及主要酒店对上千名来穗游客进行问卷调查。调查结果显示,春节假日期间游客对广州旅游的整体满意率达98.9%,其中很满意和基本满意的比例分别为53.7%、45.2%。   调查显示,猴年春节来穗游客的出游目的中,大多是以休闲、探亲访友、度假为主,占81.8%,商务、会议的占7.3%,文化、科技交流的占3.1%,健康、疗养的占2.9%,其他的占4.9%。   客源地方面,国内客占总调查人数的98.9%,其中省内游客占34.1%。外省游客中,占前5位的分别是:湖南(7.5%)、浙江(5.9%)、四川(5.5%)、江苏(5.0%)、广西(4.8%)。与去年相比,湖南来穗游客依然占据省外游客首位,浙江来穗游客增幅最大。   广州美食依然是来穗游客来广州旅游最感兴趣的旅游项目(可多选),受访游客中,选择地方美食的比例最大,占69.5%;其次分别为岭南民俗风情(52.2%)、休闲购物(45.6%)、现代都市风光(29.8%)、历史文化(29.1%)、自然山水风光(14.5%)。   通过来穗游客对广州各主要景区了解程度的调查显示,广州塔已成为广州旅游最重要的地标。游客对广州最熟知的十大景点排名分别是:广州塔、北京路商业步行街、上下九商业步行街、广州动物园、珠江游、长隆旅游度假区、白云山风景名胜区、越秀公园 镇海楼、花城广场、陈家祠。   接受调查的游客对广州旅游服务与设施的评价情况如下:城市环境卫生满意率为97.8%(其中认为“好”的比重为66.6%,认为“一般”的为31.2%);社会治安满意率为97.1%(其中认为“好”的比重为69.1%,认为“一般”的为28.0%);交通便利性满意率为96.9%(其中认为“好”的比重为72.2%,认为“一般”的为24.7%);服务态度满意率为97.5%(其中认为“好”的比重为71.4%,认为“一般”的为26.1%);景点吸引力满意率为98.1%(其中认为“好”的比重为67.3%,认为“一般”的为30.8%);旅游资讯 咨询服务满意率为92.9%(其中认为“好”的比重为60.0%,认为“一般”的为32.9%)。 责任编辑:刘德宾 SN222相关的主题文章:
